I had a decent stay at this hotel, which offers a spacious parking area and access to a public bath that can get quite crowded, especially during peak seasons. The rooms were clean but showed signs of aging, and the dining options were quite enjoyable, although the check-in process could use some streamlining. Overall, the value for money is good, especially compared to other hotels in the area during busy times.

Rooms
7.0
The room was clean and comfortable, although it felt a bit small for three of us, especially compared to a previous stay at Kawaguchiko. It had basic facilities but was adequate for our needs.
Service
6.0
While the service was generally accommodating, the check-in process was rather slow due to overly complex self-service machines.
Location
7.0
The location is slightly inconvenient as it is about a 20-minute walk from the train station, but it is close to several convenience stores and local sites.
Dining
8.0
The restaurant offered a good variety of food, and the meals were enjoyable, providing great value for what we paid.
Facilities

The large public bath was a highlight, but it tends to get crowded, especially during evenings.

7.2/10

I found the hotel to be a reasonably priced option during a busy tourist season like autumn foliage, offering clean accommodations and a spacious parking lot. However, the check-in process can be frustrating, and the public bath gets quite crowded in the evenings, so be prepared for that. Additionally, while some rooms can boast views of Mt. Fuji, obstructions in the scenery could be a letdown if you’re hoping for an unobstructed view.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were clean and well-maintained, though showing signs of age. We had a Japanese-style room that was spacious enough for more than four people, but I really hoped for a fresher look.
Service
7.0
Service was quite decent, with staff handling check-ins as best as they could despite the hectic process. However, communication might be a bit challenging at times.
Location
8.0
The location is a short 20-minute walk from Fujisan Station, but many guests drive. It's conveniently situated along National Route 139, making it easy to access.
Dining
8.0
Dining options were good with plenty of variety, although the restaurant can get busy, especially on weekends.
Facilities
6.0
The large public bath is a nice amenity but be aware that it can get overcrowded quickly, especially during peak hours.

During my stay, I appreciated the affordability and spacious parking, which was particularly helpful during the busy autumn season. The hotel rooms, while clean, felt a bit dated and smaller compared to other places I've stayed, and the onsen area got quite crowded with public access in the evenings. However, I enjoyed the dining options available, which offered a nice variety. Overall, it's a good value for money, especially considering the location near Mt. Fuji and the hot springs.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were clean but felt a bit tired and small for three people, especially compared to my previous stay at Lake Kawaguchi, where the rooms were much larger and accommodating.
Service
7.0
The service was generally accommodating, and I appreciated the staff's efforts to provide assistance.
Location
8.0
The hotel is conveniently located near the scenic spots around Mt. Fuji, making it a great base for exploration, although my GPS had some trouble finding it.
Dining
8.0
I enjoyed the variety in the restaurant, which added to the overall experience, although a few more options would have been nice.
Facilities
7.0
The onsen facilities were popular and added great value, but be prepared for crowds, especially on weekends.

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, thanks to its spacious parking and clean accommodations. While the public bath is a great feature, it does tend to get crowded, especially during peak seasons. The check-in process was a bit confusing for me, but overall, the affordability during busy times makes it a worthwhile choice. Just keep your expectations in check regarding the view of Mt. Fuji.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean but felt a bit tired and in need of some updates. Our room had a makeshift second bed which didn't offer the best aesthetics.
Service
5.0
The check-in process can be time-consuming due to complex instructions on the self-service machines, which was a point of frustration for me.
Location
7.0
The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from Fujisan Station, which is manageable but not exactly convenient, especially with luggage.
Dining
8.0
The restaurant had a nice variety of food options, and I enjoyed my meals there.
Facilities

The onsen is a lovely addition, but it gets very busy on weekends as it also caters to outside guests.

The hotel offers a reasonably priced stay with spacious rooms and a clean environment, but some aspects could use improvement. The public bath is a highlight, but it can get crowded during peak times. Additionally, the check-in process can be a bit confusing due to the complicated system.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were clean and spacious, fitting comfortably for multiple guests. However, they do seem a bit tired and could benefit from a refresh.
Service

The service was polite and helpful, but the check-in and check-out process could be more efficient.
Location

The hotel is a bit of a trek from the train station, about a 20-minute walk or a short cab ride. However, it’s conveniently close to dining options and offers nice views when visible.
